IAMS - 2012

For Iams, we had a great opportunity to shorten the path to purchase by removing unnecessary inputs and page views. We also created a real-time sortable product grid, making products easier to find for both informed customers, and users new to Iams.

Notes:

  • Employed the existing product attributes as filters on a product grid/buy-it-now landing page that updates dynamically.
  • Removed zip code entry requirement for everyone except users looking to purchase product in-store. I would have preferred a geo-location option, but it was not possible for the vendor.
  • Removed up to five steps from the path to purchase.
